First, a Big Congratulations for showing up for yourself, your family and the many individuals you will serve with the powerful benefits of this training. It takes a lot of courage and strength to commit to this work.
For over 25 years, ARPF board members, donors, and innumerable volunteers have championed core concepts that are the building blocks of this life changing course. The Brain Longevity Program created by Dharma Singh Khalsa, M.D., ARPF Founding President and Medical Director, manifests the extraordinary benefits of integrative medicine. The entire program is dedicated to empowering you by sharing and demonstrating the most recent research, knowledge and tools.
We wish you a wonderful time as you are preparing to carry these important techniques back to your world.

For the completion of the course, we will schedule an online Practicum session. The Practicum is the final step to activating your membership as a Certified Brain Longevity Specialist. It will be a simple, 10-minute presentation based on a BLTT-related topic of your choice. For example, you could talk about ways to reduce stress through exercise and why it's important for brain health– no props or powerpoints necessary. We will, of course, explain this in more detail ahead of time.
